It facilitates the design, optimization, deployment, maintenance, and upgrading of a variety of modular Web3 services such as Data Availability, Compute, Storage, and Indexing. By integrating existing market solutions and enabling network participants to create and deploy bespoke service offerings, the company empowers builders to meet their specific and unmet needs, fostering exceptional innovation.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

We're looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our ambitious and innovative team. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the infrastructure that’s powering our products. You'll also be working with our ecosystem partners on Proof-of-Performance-based deployment schemas, and become an evangelist on creating a new Infra-as-Smart-Contract (IaSC) standard for the entire Web3 industry. Your expertise in Web3 deployments and passion for new blockchain technology will drive the success of our platform.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient Web3 infrastructure to support backend services, blockchain data pipelines, cross-chain operations, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Develop and optimize smart contract infrastructure for efficient deployment, execution, and interaction across multiple blockchain networks, ensuring security and scalability.
• Implement and manage containerized environments using tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and automated scaling of Web3 services.
• Architect and oversee the deployment of distributed systems and blockchain nodes, ensuring seamless integration with external services and SDKs, while maintaining optimal network performance.
• Collaborate with security teams to harden Web3 infrastructure against potential threats and vulnerabilities, conducting regular audits and implementing best practices for security and compliance.
• Engage with internal and external partners to understand infrastructure needs, driving improvements and innovations in the deployment and operation of blockchain networks and services.
• Contribute to and maintain open-source infrastructure tools, sharing insights and innovations with the broader blockchain and Web3 community to foster collaboration and advancement.

3. REQUIREMENT

• 3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and resilient infrastructure in production environments, using tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible. Proficiency in languages like Golang, Python, Rust, or Java for infrastructure automation and scripting is required.
• 3+ years of experience managing Web3 infrastructure across various verticals, including blockchain node operations, decentralized storage, cross-chain integrations, and Web3 data processing.
• 2+ years of experience deploying and maintaining EVM-based blockchain nodes, with demonstrated success in ensuring high availability, security, and performance in mainnet environments.
• Experience in managing infrastructure on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or equivalent, including setting up secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud environments for Web3 applications.
• Proficiency in managing CI/CD workflows using tools like GitHub, GitLab, CircleCI, Jenkins, or similar pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment processes for Web3 infrastructure.
• Proven experience in managing decentralized infrastructure, including the deployment and monitoring of mainnet-ready dApps, with a strong understanding of the underlying blockchain protocols and network requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) practices and cloud-native ecosystems, with a focus on automating and scaling Web3 infrastructure deployments.
• Active participation in open-source infrastructure projects, with contributions that demonstrate a deep understanding of blockchain infrastructure and a commitment to the Web3 community.
• Good English skills both verbal and written
