HN/HCM - Motion Graphic Designer (Up to 24.000.000 VND)

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will require the candidate to excel in conceptualizing of design strategy that tells a story and communicate information through omni-channel approach. To succeed in this role, the candidate should be well-versed in multi-disciplinary approach.

• Develop and implement innovative design strategies that effectively communicate concepts and engage users across various channels.
• Utilize a wide range of design software, including 3ds Max Design, Cinema 4D, Blender, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Adobe Suite, Figma, etc., to create visually stunning and interactive experiences.
• Play a leading role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing compelling and cohesive designs for conference events. This includes creating immersive environments, engaging visuals, and interactive elements that elevate the attendee experience and reflect the event's theme and objectives
• Take charge of the visual and interactive design aspects for digital platforms, including websites and social media channels. This involves developing a consistent and impactful brand presence across all digital touchpoints, optimizing user experience through thoughtful design, and ensuring all digital content is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand identity.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that design concepts are aligned with overall project objectives and client needs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and are completed within established timelines.
• Continuously explore and integrate the latest design trends, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of design deliverables.
• Provide expert guidance on the selection and application of design tools and techniques to create exceptional user experiences.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, present concepts, and solicit feedback to refine and improve design solutions.

3. REQUIREMENT

• Candidate should possess at least a Diploma or Degree in spatial design, visual communication or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in experiential or motion graphic design
• Experiences of working in creative agency
• Familiar with conceptualization, storyboarding
• Proficient in design software like 3ds Max Design, Cinema 4D, Blender, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Adobe Suite, Figma etc.
• Excellent understanding of the design tools to create exceptional user experience.
• To manage multiple projects and work well under stress.

Desirable experiences but not essential

• Ability to convey concepts through wireframes, flows and mock-ups
• Proficiency in AR and VR software application
