HN/HCM/DN - QA Lead (Mandarin required) (Up to 2.400 USD)

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re looking for a Lead QA Engineer who can spearhead testing initiatives across multiple BTSE products. The ideal candidate has strong QA experience (5–7 or 7–10 years) and can effectively communicate in Mandarin to collaborate with our Taiwan-based engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers, establishing testing processes and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering and Product Managers to plan testing schedules and release cadences across multiple products.
• Ensure testing coverage aligns with agile development cycles, utilizing tools and methodologies suited to Node.js, Java, and .NET environments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in the same or a near timezone (no more than ±2 hours from Taiwan) for smooth handoffs and timely bug resolution.
• Champion quality standards, identify process improvements, and drive automation strategies where applicable.

3. REQUIREMENT

• 5–10 years of QA experience, including leadership or mentoring roles.
• Mandarin fluency for daily coordination with Taiwan-based teams.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and hands-on experience testing Node.js, Java, or .NET applications.
• Ability to work in or near the Taiwanese timezone to maintain efficient communication.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
