HN - UI Design Lead (Up to 2.000 USD)

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for daily content production and maintenance, and assist in the team's daily operations management
• Provide guidance to the art team on the overall art style
• Lead the art team to establish the visual direction and keep the team moving forward
• According to business needs, grasp the design direction and formulate the product's art style
• Participate in the control of the product's UI design (including APP, H5 mobile and PC web pages)
• Responsible for the design and production of various interactive interfaces, icons, logos, buttons and other related elements in the project;
• Design the overall art style, interaction design, interface structure, operation process, etc. of the product;
• Cooperate with product and front-end development teams to promote solution design, research and promote the latest business solutions
• According to business needs, identify design and experience goals, control design direction, output UI design solutions, design component libraries and other design documents;

3. REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree, graduated from art design major
• More than 7 years of work experience, and more than 3 years of team lead management experience
• Proficient in Figma, PS, AI, AE and other design software
• Proficient in UI design, animation design, 3D skill is a plus
• Experience in game/web UI design, good aesthetics and design concepts.
• Have profound design ideas, strong comprehension, and a certain understanding of user experience
• Be conscientious and meticulous in work, strive for excellence, be strict with oneself, have a high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
• Have a certain understanding of the industry, have component set management related experience
• Participated in the development of complete web projects (especially entertainment field), more than three years of experience in web main art positions
• Have strong communication and coordination skills, good teamwork spirit, can work well with others to complete the work, and can withstand work pressure
• Experience with hand-drawing ability is a plus.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. WORKING HOURS & LOCATION

• Working hours: From 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
